P.E. Schedule Week of September 7th


Circle Time Stretching
- Warm up & Stretching our muscles

Station 1: Bubble Machine - using music, the kids will use straws to chase and pop bubbles.
Variations: holding one hand behind your back, holding hands with a partner and working together, & split into teams for a competition.

Working on: eye-hand coordination, following directions, teamwork, general gross motor skills

Stations 2: Baseball - we will work on proper bat grip, stance, etc. in hitting plastic waffle balls.

Working on: eye-hand coordination, following directions, knowledge of baseball techniques
